Please note: All civil, domestic relations, and probate cases require filing a party information sheet which is available at Court Forms. If you file multiple cases, you must submit a separate check or money order for each case.
We only accept cash, cashier's check, money order or business checks at this time.
Service fee within Jasper County is $45 payable to Jasper County Sheriff.
For service outside of Jasper County you must contact the appropriate Sheriff's department to determine service fee and pay the fee with a separate check payable to that department.
